The internal IT technical support teams in large enterprises might be just barely sufficient for day-to-day inhouse computer support workload. However, for schools and institutes that need to carefully plan on their resource allocation, they’re facing a bigger challenge with the selection of an appropriate yet adequate IT support solution. To tackle this, OP-Smooth has been providing full-time and part-time technician secondment services to over 200 corporates, and primary and secondary schools (TSS) in Hong Kong since 2004.
The technician secondee will not be classified as an employee to our client’s company. Our service charge covers all the necessary wages, insurance and MPF for the secondee. No further employment-related arrangement needs to be made by our clients under any secondment.
Long-term or short-term secondment contracts are available for client’s selection. You might also subscribe to the secondment service base on a yearly, monthly or daily basis. Extra manpower can also be arranged to manage unexpected incidents or emergencies.
If the assigned technician calls for sick-leave or annual leaves, OP-Smooth will deploy another technician staff for an immediate substitution to ensure all services are unaffected. Base on client’s request, we might also arrange a change of secondee without any extra charge under specific circumstances.
